Overhauls most types, brands & sizes of vacuumpumps. including rebuilding of liquid ring (conical & flat plate port) vacuumpumps. Builds multiple brands such as Nash, SIHI, Graham, Travaini & Kenny. Five step quality control program includes disassembling & inspection of all pumps for worn & damaged parts; stripping of parts to remove among others, paint, primer, rust & grease oil; replacing & rebuilding to factory tolerances; assembling pumps to original specification & thorough testing all pumps upon completion, utilizing the "Hydro-Test" method.
