Oil free blowers, oil free screw compressors & rotary lobe blowers are used to supply 100% oil free air to various process industries including: food & pharmaceutical, environmental & water treatment, cement, mining, & aggregate, chemical, petrochemical, & plastics, & power generation. Used for processes such as pneumatic conveying in both vacuum & pressure modes to handle the transfer of dry bulk materials used in the food & pharmaceutical industries. Used for the transfer of cement, raw meal, limestone, fly-ash, dust, pulverized coal & for the fluidizing, conditioning & blending of these & other materials. Blowers & compressors are used to convey, boost & compress a myriad of inert, corrosive, & explosive gases found in chemical plants & refineries. Other applications include reverse air dust collectors, pollution control & flue gas desulphurization processes. Aerzen oil free positive displacement blowers & screw compressors offer the lowest maintenance & highest efficiency over the course of the year, & are the ideal combination for diffused air systems & air scour systems. Most reliable under the most demanding conditions, the machines do not require any cooling water. The compression is oil-free & the lubricant does not contaminate the product downstream.
